Self Estates is being developed by Simon Morrow and his team of retired chemical engineers based in North London, UK.

Rather than see out their twilight years playing golf, these wizend, grey-haired retirees decided to utilise their scientific programming experience and technical mindset to develop interactive websites - and Self Estates is one such site.

Having been landlords and vendors themselves, the founders felt the need for a website where property owners could market their property directy without having to go through estate or letting agents.

Although the site continues to develop, it can now be used by landlords and vendors to market their properties.

The ethos of the site is simplicity and functionality. Self Estates is a NO-FRILLS website where property owners can quickly display their properties for sale or to let with a minimum of fuss and without having to wade through a great deal of unnecessary clutter.
